Gail, we met at college doing a travel and tourism course. You sat in front of me and we talked and laughed non stop, often getting us into trouble. Our love of themed parties, decorating the classroom and arranging events sealed our friendship. Even though I moved to Greece to work and you to Spain and B A , we always caught up when we could and where we could. You in orange and me in purple. We've had Breakfast in Miami, Lunch in New York, Dinner in Cape Town and coffee everywhere, at home and abroad. Gail, you have been such a special friend to me, as you have to many other people, Never have i had a friend so caring, so understanding, so thoughtful, always ready to give advice. I always had a smile on my face when out and about with you. The firms annual Dinner Dance when we were glued to the dance floor - such fun. When i backpacked around Australia there was a letter waiting for me in reception in all the major city hostels, from you. Only you Gail would have taken the time to find the addresses where i was staying and sending a message. You lit my face up with those letters from thousands of miles away. God Speed my friend to the Angels. It was a fun packed ride with you. Till we meet again X

Gail, you were such a wonderful, caring, supportive friend not only to me but to so many people. You always reached out and was there for others in need especially .You will always be in my thoughts and memories especially when I see the colour 'orange' , whether it be sunsets, flowers, carrots , cars etc etc. I already miss your posts of food so much, you always loved it when I mentioned 'peas and carrots' and despite me being on the other side of the world, we managed to make each other smile about such comments. Gail was a strong, independent, lovely lady. We met working for Thomas Cook in Ibiza and both also worked in Mallorca where we met for a curry or two! Sending my condolences to all her family and friends x
